Ok. So my first mission never started, so let’s try this again! This time, Tiffany and I are doing this together and we are going to keep one another accountable.
My ultimate goal is 140 pounds, which is in the middle of my ‘ideal’ weight according to several websites. That’s 120 pounds to lose! Yep… that’s about half of my weight. But I’m gonna break it down into mini goals so that I don’t seem so overwhelmed. My first goal is to lose 15 pounds by the end of January. I figure that I will lose a lot of weight in the first month since my body will be in shock at first. After that, my goal is 10 pounds a month.
I’ll be posting pictures of outfits that I want to be able to wear, people I’d like to look like, etc.
That’s all for now. I’ll let you know at the end of January how I’ve done.
